Poleg zdravnika in medicinske sestre oziroma tehnika zdravstvene nege paciente spremlja tudi diplomirana medicinska sestra, ki nadzoruje kazalnike dolo\u010denih kroni\u010dnih bolezni ter opravlja preventivne preglede.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zdravniki, ki imajo priznano referen\u010dno ambulanto, se tako ne ukvarjajo ve\u010d s preventivo in posvetovanjem ob njej, temve\u010d za vse to poskrbi diplomirana medicinska sestra. Tako zdravniku ostane bistveno ve\u010d \u010dasa za akutno bolne, diplomirana sestra pa se lahko posveti dejavnikom tveganja in svetovanju o prepre\u010ditvi teh pri pacientih z dolo\u010denimi kroni\u010dnimi boleznimi. Diplomirana medicinska sestra prav tako vodi stabilne kroni\u010dne bolezni in preverja pravilnost uporabe zdravil.<\/p>\n<p>V referen\u010dnih ambulantah so preventivnih pregledov ob tem dele\u017eni \u017eenske in mo\u0161ki od 30. leta naprej, medtem ko v obi\u010dajnih ambulantah dru\u017einske medicine preventivno pregledujejo le \u017eenske od 45. do 70. leta in mo\u0161ke od 35 do 65. leta.<\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li><li class=\"pane-wrapper\" style=\"\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"tab\"><span class=\"inner\">Kak\u0161ne prednosti prina\u0161ajo referen\u010dne ambulante?<\/span><\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"pane\"><div class=\"inner\"><p><strong>S preventivno dejavnostjo v referen\u010dnih ambulantah prepre\u010dujemo pojave kroni\u010dnih bolezni, zato obiske priporo\u010damo vsem od 30. leta naprej.
